Foundation preparation

Wood and wood materials

Round off sharp edges, remove highlights such as tar and tar pockets

iron and steel

Clean to a metallic sheen. Remove traces of oils and fats 

Zinc, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals

Sand with a non-woven abrasive fiber to a matt finish.

Hard PVC and paintable plastics

Sand with non-woven abrasive fiber   until a matt finish is obtained.

Old paintwork

Sand with 120 grit and clean the surface. Remove fragile old coatings completely.

Painting recommendations: 

1. The base must be dry, clean and primed

2.Stir the product before use

3. Product and ambient temperature must not be below +5°C

4. Use sealants and masking tapes that are compatible with paint coatings. For brush application, use an acrylic brush. For roller application, use a short haired roller.

The durability of the coating depends on many factors, in particular, the type of wood, structural protection, mechanical stress and the choice of color tone. To prolong the service life of the coating, it is necessary to timely carry out work to care for the treated surface. To this end, it is recommended to conduct an annual technical inspection / maintenance of the facility.
